It's all in how you interpret that paragraph of the letter. I took it as all the banks have been committing all types of fraud for over 9 years according to Mr. Germinario and he's brought that to their attention. He was making a comparison the say I read it, has nothing to do with the banks not supporting or keeping money away from the MJ industry or those same banks having anything to do with the suspension of the MJ stocks.
Maybe I'm not reading your comments correctly but that's how I understand that paragraph from the letter!
In any event it's all good, FIX has no worries, they are without a doubt doing all the right things to be as transparent as possible, no suspension coming here!
As far as the banks are concerned they'll put money where they know they can make money, always have and always will no matter the industry.
Would like to see another strong close today, getting up around .07...!
