it's not that simple
imo there will be a partial cover upon uplist re: JBII
but mgmt (and this is why i referenced future BoD's *input*)
has to be very specific about *intent*
it will be interesting to see exactly where and who get some of
those shares newly issued to the authorized share count
remember the very first caveat re: JBI/JBII
the company founder didn't play the street's game
there is an old saying re: the street >> that which they can't kill ..
they wind up embracing
as always curious about *timing* and how *handled*
to say nothing of noticing that May 2014's *volume* is following right
alongside April 2014's *volume*
reminder >> April's volume was the 4th lowest *volume* month since 2010
