FB debacle re: IPO @ 8 year window of their disruptive emerging tech
was in May 2012

that means Facebook is now a 10 year old company

check their share structure @ IPO .. today and in 3 years and FB played the street's game

one of the reasons i welcome competition in this newly emerging sector
is not all co.s will be created (managed) the same

if 3 works >> it's game over with first asset sale


and regardless of the 100M added to the AS .. JBII currently and even
if added in total .. has a share structure to be envied at the 5 year mark
of this start up
