After listening to it again (head phones, amplified sound, and query room) the rezoning paper work dropped 1 minute before closing, was for site 1 on Manning. I suspect they are wanting to expand beyond what was planned. Basically asking for additional zoning to what was already approved. This should not be a factor in starting to grow as soon as licensed. The letter was for property 2 "vet clinic". Other than some grouchy old dudes on the board feeling like they have been left out on property 2 I don't see a stumbling block at this time. It may take a little work on site 2 to get it up to code, but that is not the primary facility. I didn't hear anything there that causes doubt to me. There is a process. In the end site 2 might take a little more work. Site 1 ready to go zoning wise, but had requested additional zoning for something...expansion?
