Re: Greenlong2336 #24747
You are getting "site 1" very confused with what needs rezoned on site 1 and misleading people here. Building 1 on site 1 has ZERO zoning issues, nor does it have any issues with employee numbers allowed. This has been posted and confirmed repeatedly and I'm not going to waste time doing it again. Building 1 on site 1 (the one we retrofitted) is the only building we are awaiting for HC to inspect and then approve. There is nothing having to do with building 1 that requires any further town approvals. Building 1 on site 1 is good to go, and growing can begin immediately upon license.

The buildings and sites beyond building 1 may require some zoning changes if they decide to "add value" beyond the basic process of growing and harvesting. This may also include building 2 on site 1 (which HC is not inspecting any way at this time). The letter that Cen-Bio sent was for the new site, site 2. So, any zoning issues that need to be clarified are for future buildings, not building 1. The goal is to get the license and start growing in building 1, and these other issues will be worked out as time goes on. It's really not that complicated.
