Yep, we need audited fins and the TA ungagged so we have the current share structure available. This newest acquisition will probably be paid for by issuing millions of shares again, especially with the low PPS now. Sure hope that we don't find this new acquisition is owned by IEquity,Crystal Falls or any of the previously Lotto recipients of shares.
