Also, I think whoever was selling shares into the promo interest, still has shares. When "fools rush in", they are filling the orders while keeping it above a penny. Just my opinion... As we flirt with sub penny then we have a big up day, everyone gets excited for the turnaround... Then boom, red... More shares sold. We can't win right now. Too manipulated.
