Avoid doing a reverse....the best option would be to somehow (with money obviously they don't have at the moment, buy back shares and at the same time reduce the authorized shares....
too much negativity in a R/S....but a share buy-back and auth reduction would be a major positive in every way.
the only thing is....where they get the $$ to do it?
