I vote in favor of a 1/10 reverse split which would bring the O/S to 295,104,514 ONLY if the A/S were reduced by a proportionate amount which would make the A/S 500,000,000.
The PPS would then be (based on current PPS) .028 and allow BMSN to reapply for status on the OTCQB.
I would only be in favor of something like this if Dr. Koos were to sign a contract that he would not increase the A/S for several years as well.
