I understand their personal reasons for waiting for the license. Everybody has different risk levels, obviously most of the people who are holding strong waiting for the license are a lot more daring than many of the people you know waiting for the license before they buy in. Im sure there a lot more people like your friends out there who are trying to limit their risk as well. Nothing wrong with that, some people don't have the money, some people are older and can't take chances, some people are just scared. Just hopefully when they do finally buy in with the license they see the true potential.
