Exactly. All a person has to do to figure out who swindled them is follow the money trail. Through PIPEs and direct sales, money came out of investors' pockets and found its way into Mr. Bordynuik's pockets and the pockets of those who helped him.
Those attributing massive profits to shorts taking advantage of longs, longs who apparently are no match for the adept skills of the shorts at trading, are a bit off base.
The bulk of shareholders' money was flushed to make others' happy, allowing those other people to pad their bank accounts and buy things like motels and Cadillac Escalades.
