Those JV's were years ago. After they discovered that clean-out/down-time were major issues they didn't roll-out anything. Now that they've resolved those issues and sales are now their new business plan there is nothing to suggest that's not going to happen. They now have continuous operations for 30+ days. 2000 lbs./hr. is a reasonable input average so there is no known reason to think that sales will be a problem going forward.
