An empty fluff "agreement"/"LOI" .... well, these have happened so often in the past, that I don't see why they won't try again. This won't impress those critical of JBI, but should put the usual ecstasy into the true believers, while the pumpers will have a field day with their posts .... just like they did with RKT et al ...

but, no party will actually "buy" a processor in the sense that normal humans use the word "buy".
