Can we also throw in *credible evidence* of a completed sale? Just so an argument doesn't ensue about whether or not a completed sale occurred behind the scenes and is being kept secret from shareholders.
So if that's alright, the line in the sand is that there will be credible evidence of a completed sale of a JBI processor to an unaffiliated party at a price above the salvage value of a processor by January 1, 2015. You believe that will happen and you'll start to be skeptical about JBI if it doesn't happen. I don't believe that will happen.
