$BCAP isn't a pumped or hyped stock. This is a growing company that has a lot of action items to complete to achieve its two-year plan. We're just about to enter year-two. There will be a lot of reporting until the S-1 is filed and $BCAP has the mandatory silent period.

IMO the price will appreciate significantly after the S-1 is complete. That should largely be the end of the "paperwork and validation" process.
