You'll be able to buy more shares, but over time at progressively higher prices. My suggestion is you consider acquiring a core position and trading around it.
If I read the chart right COB, $BCAP should move slightly higher $0.0010-12 range until the next news hits. RSI closed at 62 today. Very reasonable considering the price ticked higher on 110M volume. Leaves plenty of room for appreciation.
Depending on how you read today's news there's either one or two PR's this month. There are five items to be reported and one PR is a large chunk to do it all in.
We'll see if there's another update this coming Thursday / Friday. If not, the week after is EOM (Monday - Wednesday).
