Here's a tidbit from an old Minnesota taconite article I sniffed out.
"Minnesota’s low grade ores, which are 25 to 30 percent iron, are converted into taconite pellets that are 65 percent iron."
We are using iron content of twice that much for fertilizer? We better cut our fert with some regular rock before we throw it on the boat imo! LOL!
