My personal belief is that a company shouldn't have any problem being open and truthful to both shareholders and skeptics alike. There's no downside to giving the truthful facts to everyone.
If JBI is truly staying silent because they believe that someone on the internet might mis-interpret their good news as bad news and that there's an audience which is so dumb that they will believe all misinterpretations on the internet...then JBI should publicly announce that they're afraid to release truthful information--that way the JBI can be appropriately ridiculed.
Former IR, Chris Irons, was once quoted as not wanting to give information because he was afraid someone might take it wrong. It apparently didn't occur to Mr. Irons that he could either be unambiguous and complete in his communication...or that he could just be truthful and not pretend that he's responsible for everything that's said on the internet related to what he says about JBI.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
