In the past as soon as good news was announced by the company it was used by the opposition in an attempt to discredit the company. I believe that was around the time of the 2nd AGM where it was clear the stockholders disliked the Over Promise stage. At the AGM the company informed stockholders they would no longer fall into the "Over Promise/Under Deliver" but, would "Under Promise/Over Deliver". I remember thinking at the time "you'll never please everybody-the company, and you can't have it both ways-the stockholders.
