Let's recall, friends, those "whales" participated in a private offering of shares, buying them at $0.80 when JBII was trading around $1.30. The PR's around that time indicate they probably made their investment because of the very positive SAIC report (in other words, the "whales" had two attractive reasons to invest in JBII at that time -- the 40% sale price on the shares, and the great SAIC report):

It is certainly possible the "whales" do feel they were mislead, given the 80% loss so far on their investment, and JBI's announcement 5 months later that investors should NOT rely on the SAIC report:
