No "solid time frame" from me but two theories come to mind:

1) Reid, Mike M. and the rest aren't even in control of the drilling logisitcs, prediciting delays, predicting broken drill bits, etc.  It might be due to lack of industry experience, lack of the correct employee/manpower experience? Who knows.  OR

2) They have many holes producing oil but keeping it quiet for a barrage of news to blow the manipulators out of the water in timing with the 10Q and/or 10K.  OR worst case and similar to no. 1

3) They are still working many holes or some holes didn't produce enough to mention.  We know Treaty leases many potential oil fields in Texas and in Belize and now in Sabine Parish, Louisiana.  It is just a matter of time before something hits big if it hasn't already.
