Whatever these environmental credits are, do you believe that these credits would be unavailable to JBI and only available to the customer? If so, JBI needs to find a customer who has special access to some type of environmental credits *and* that customer needs to have an acceptable supply of the waste plastic.
And if those customers normally buy their fuel...then JBI could sell it to them. Fuel oil #6 and other fuels are a commodity, the price should be approximately the same regardless of where they're purchased.
