Well, IMO, the ideal customer would be the DOD. The Armed Sevices already have incredible recycling programs. The reuse every possible thing they can. They sort all of their trash and recycle. Strategically placed processor in spots around the country would be ideal. Labor is cheap, cargo planes are constantly on the go within the states, so transportation costs are low if not nearly nonexistent due to the fact that the sorted trash could piggy back onto existing scheduled flights. There logistics is top notch, and they use ALOT of diesel.
I have been bringing this to the companies attention since my first purchase 3 years ago.
Also, spending money is easy for the gov. The Navy was paying $80 a gallon, yes a gallon, for biofuel a short time ago. I think it was fuel made from algae. Not positive, though.
