To me it implies that the selling pressure is extremely slight. Which means shareholders here have very strong hands. The wait must have shaken most. It's pretty tempting to sell your shares when you're sitting on gains.

It has to be shorted or we'll never be able to continue loading under .004. I expect they're covering intra-day, just a tick lower. IF they're stockpiling their shorts they're gonna burn like hell. I can't imagine anyone being unwise enough to load up shorts on a stock with the most explosive potential in the market.
