My guess is there may be no reported financial news until shareholders are able to request the audited reports via an NDA.
I have asked Emmett via email when the shareholder meeting is scheduled and if another NDA will be required. I have not yet received a response.
Another poster indicated the shareholder meeting will be on June 25, 2014. If that is the case I would think the audited financial information will be available in early June.
I would not be surprised at all by some sort of dividend being announced at the shareholder meeting. It could be a combined stock and cash dividend.
