Joe: The shorts time is now very short; we know it and they know it.
I expect financial news between now and the 15th, a little over a week away. The shareholders meeting is June 25th a month and a half away. What will the company be asking shareholders to vote on? Will the BOD declare a dividend? Will it be stock? Cash? or both? The shorts have seen the steadfast resolve of the shareholders and know the tiny float they are dealing to begin with.
They have no escape and they hate paying out dividends on their short positions as it just compounds their losses. They are in the hole deeper now than they were before the reverse split imho.
It's a great day and a great time to own shares of TEVE, I wish I owned as many as you. Go TEVE!!!
