I received confirmation that the number is accurate (according to Pacific Stock Transfer's system).
The number of Preferred B outstanding has been greatly reduced compared to just 3 days ago. Preferred stock that had been outstanding has been returned to the company apparently.
I am wondering if all the company's Boost related debt was just paid off. On its own, Solos doesn't currently have the cash flow to do that.
