According to my S/S update today, all of Boost's Preferred stock has disappeared. It's no longer accounted for under Preferred stock outstanding.
The only remaining Preferred stock outstanding is that issued to officers within the company.
Preferred B Outstanding: 517,844 (all restricted)
I have sent some emails attempting to figure out where all the Preferred stock has gone. It may be a mistake but the numbers match up spot on.
