I do agree as the sister stock is not helping and I think the money was in SKTO the entire time.
The competition to be a delivery service in MJ/MMJ will gobble up the PJ site in a blink and leave them far behind. The great products are where the real money was and is still.
Not sure the benefit of joining/merging as all it seems most are the same people at both companies.
