Since the date a definitive agreement to merge was announced on 04/04/2014, SKTO and sister stock AEGY have both suffered 50% declines. The market has cast its verdict on a merger. How else can the dual collapse be explained? I have been opposed to this merger with that tainted and questionable ticker, laden with baggage, virtually from the beginning. They should have left SK/BB alone to its own knitting.
