I'm not an expert on this "game", but don't you guys think the otc market makers are the ones holding the PPS below .10. I mean the more time they have these stocks to play with, the more money they make.

Is it possible that they control most of the shares that are being shorted?

Because if they don't a boon in price would create short squeeze and "kill" all those people shorting.
