Igor flat out told us all that it was 30 to 45 days prior to the FAA handing over the certificate. He said NOTHING about ticket sales being related to anything having to do with Russia.
As a matter of fact, he brought out the concept of selling tickets like 6 months out......meaning since first flight can't be nailed down until the Russians actually sign off on the paperwork, tickets can't be sold for that flight - but 6 months down the road flights are a definite and can be scheduled.
Now........once again........the talk of the Russians being involved as to when the ticket sales can begin is just one shareholder's interpretation of what James Parness told him.....and James is involved with Barry on the financing aspect of BLTA (selling Private Placement).
