If what you're saying about the ticket sales being 30-45 days before approval of certification on the Russian side is true, it means Igor flat out lied to every single person at the shareholders' meeting. Is it just me, or did he specifically state 30-45 days before CERTIFICATION, not Russian approval of certification?
