If the infamous "third party" is Lead Financial Services of Mumbai, India, it would appear they're working their SKTO promotional campaign from a country out of bounds to the SEC/Finra. There's no telling where this money is coming from although the greater iequity cabal may have more reasons to do this than other potential suspects, that being a possible cause why Mayor won't disavow these ongoing April campaigns.
