i found out whos possibly doing the promos, straight from the horses mouth.

talked to microcap innovations..people responsible for the 300k+ promos are a group called:


"Lead Financial Services limited"


apparently, if this is the right group, this is them:

and they are traded on an india(mumbai) exchange?


they person i spoke to also said tomorrow should be the turnaround point for SKTO...lots of snakes around here so dont share till further notice and we can figure things out
