I received a return call from the Court Coordinator Alex Garibay a short while ago. Due to case volume and cases ahead of ours taking longer to conclude, our case will be rescheduled to some time in May. We'll see the notice posted. Alex remarked that the Judge keeps track of cancellations, so he will, at some point, ensure that it is not rescheduled. There are no other causes, and he feels that we're closer than we were. I couldn't get him to state unequivocally that May is our month, however. It could be worse in that we got thrown another procedural monkey wrench. This one is simply a capacity issue. Hang tough!
