Well, the fat lady doesn't sing until May 2nd, so we still have a ball game. How's that for mixed metaphors? Assuming we see no additional roadblocks being thrown up by the litigants, then I'd say it's all on the Harris TX District Court as the mucker upper this time around. Time spent? No problem... others doing as much or more. Time for a Willie Mays Hayes moment
