Hey D here is the thing, partners when you are in this business had better know their A** from the hole you just drilled in the ground. The energy business has changed since 2008. Throwing anyone's money at a well doesn't work anymore. They need to know what the **** they are doing or like I said earlier the regulatory will eat your lunch. If you are a "partner" in an oil well you better be prepared. I like to own it all, get it going, get it producing CASHFLOW then roll em in on the infill. All IMHO of course.
