I would agree risk should always be spread equitably amongst partners. In my view it should be divided amongst all the parties.
In my view shareholders have been diluted in a non equitable fashion to this point.
Don't know if it will change but that leads back to the latte. Problem is most of the regulars here have had way too many expensive lattes.
