Another thing, you never can trust your partners. Partners are great when the well comes in at 50 bopd. When you've got to do a cement squeeze or an acid job or replace 20 joints of tubing and you send the AFE you find out who the good and bad partners are. The only good partners are a farm in partner. They want to pay 100% to get 50 or 60 BPO you find out who is serious. That's the deal to take because they take the risk with you FROM DAY ONE!!
