imo it was a given that the A co was being groomed for their IPO debut
when Ross Patten was installed by the Carlyle Group as Ceo

folks might want to do a little DD on the Carlyle Group

(if nothing else it will tell folks the *value* ($$$$$) of this newly emerging sector that I believe has easily a decade + to ascend)

what is *key* re: JBI are two things

flagship processor has successfully tested potential buyers' feedstock
and results in sales (one will do to start) @ X price tag

and JBII (stock) .. co.s SS re: I/O (share structure/issued and outstanding)
is to be envied at this level of the co.s transition which imo will become
very obvious once the A co is *priced* and SS is known via *filings*

imo Klean Industries is also going the IPO route

there may be others .. but like so many other disruptive techs/sectors
zero doubts that the successful early adopter creates generational wealth

runner up (second) won't do too badly either

easiest analogy to use is Cisco/Juniper

folks may want to check various *sector* leaders .. and note where SS is at IPO debut .. 12 to 18 months out and at the 5 year window as a pubco

it might surprise a few ..

to say nothing re: *profitability*
