If I was in charge I would not post the K until there was a purchase order in hand for a processor, or ten. If a such a PO was in hand I would then also announce the new members of the BOD at the same time.


I am thinking there is no consequence of delaying filing until August 20, 2014 and even then the financial consequence is insignificant.

I don't expect it will be that long until we hear some news. Could even be soon;
