the real case -the big case -is CWRN's much much larger case against Geo in CA in 13 counts, including RICO-which has been awaiting conclusion of the improperly filed imo TX case/venue-in violation of JVA venue provisions-which the judge admitted as to arbitration

Geo comments in their 10k that CWRN is prohibited from providing any testimony or witnessess as a discovery punishment-which is unbelievable- Ive never seen that and dont think that is totally true-but geo played a lot of discovery/violation of statutory notice games imo to get judge to blame discovery delays on CWRN -as reported long ago
