Here's the part that confuses me. Is the 2nd Friday trial reset based on the 4/21/14 trial date, the 4/11/14 pre-trial date, or the aforementioned 1/23/14 order date? I took it to mean that if the case isn't reached by 5/2/14, the trial will be rescheduled yet again.
