Last I checked, shares are readily available at $0.184 on the market for anyone who needs them...or at $0.10/share directly from JBI with additional warrants thrown in. The only thing is that the minimum is $25,000 if buying from JBI. However my guess is that Mr. Bordynuik might accept a smaller investment if asked.
As far as I can tell since Mr. Bordynuik is asking for $1M under reg D, those shares are unrestricted and an investor doesn't need to be accredited to buy them. Ostensibly a regular person can buy at $0.10 and turn around and sell them while still keeping the warrants as a freebie.
