It was brought to my attention that I should probably put a caveat to my post about the $0.10 shares + warrants from JBI.
Per JBI's filing, JBI offered/is offering for a $25,000 minimum investment, shares at $0.10 each. The maximum from the offering is $1M of which they've received $320,000.
Not that anyone here is serious about doing it, but if someone is, they should ask whether the shares will be restricted or not and whether or not JBI is willing to give the necessary disclosure documents to allow non-accredited shareholders to buy, if that applies.
