Well written and well stated Wrench. It would make zero sense for them to give us the free shares and then dilute the stock. My bet is this is for culmination of one of the multiple deals they are working on.

However today all their eyes are focused on Texas once that is over this afternoon then they will be able to turn their attention to other things and hopefully clue all us longs into why this required.
