that's what s/hs do when the company doesn't explain things. and since we don't know the o/s we jump to further conclusions.

multiple deals in the works ? with an s/p of .0003 any deal would be extremely dilutive if our shares are involved.
"WHY WOULD THEY NOT JUST HAVE OFFERED A COMMON SHARE DIVI THEN RIGHT AND ALSO DILUTE? "
the gift share divvy is dilution. and the lesser the s/p come September the more dilutive it will be.
a lot of posters jumped to the conclusion we had the best mgt in pennyland. I say we let them tell us why we should consider them the best instead.
