It was mentioned some where and I think it bears repeating that Jeff needs to understand he can not do every thing by himself, he needs to delegate some of running the business to some one else. IMO he needs to focus more on the business and have some one else focus on the in the business part, maybe hire a full time IR to handle the share holders ect ect ect
