In all likelihood the guy probably doesn't know himself.  He is probably shell-shocked (or maybe not) from the suspension and when you go into panic mode, you can spew all sorts of different responses.  The standard response should read, " I will make all clear when my lawyers and I have completed our criteria to the SEC and have news to share with you.  You are not forgotten."  That would just be my standard line and then I'd work my ass off to make it happen.

Jeff has shown to be a nice, congenial and open type of communicator and sometimes that bites you in the ass if you don't have your I's dotted and your T's crossed.
